Dina Meyer was born within Forest Hills Queens New York. Just before finishing the junior high school, she moved from Queens to Dix Hills Long Island. Her siblings include two younger ones and a brother who is older. When she was nine up to 16, she started working in the entertainment business through modelling. She began her training in acting with The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York and studied Sanford Meisner's techniques for acting along in conjunction with Ron Stetson, for about three years. Sandra Bullock and Michael Douglas were among the actors who received such training. The actress was a part of Beverly Hills,90210 and had to relocate in Los Angeles to take the role. After being offered the lead part for Johnny Mnemonic where she did majority of the stunts herself, she positioned her self as an actor physically fit. As well as Matt LeBlanc's agency for talent, her agent was in charge of a variety of recurring roles on Friends.
