Scarlett Johansson (born November 22 1984 New York City New York, U.S.) American singer and actress whose dramatic variety earned her acclaim across many genres from period drama to thriller and action adventure. Johansson was born in New York City, and was raised by an father, an architect, and mother who produced. Hunter, her twin brother and She were all the smallest of four children. In her early years, she began performing. In fact, by seven she was already auditioning for a number of commercials. She became interested in acting quickly, and she was shortly thereafter at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute. When she was a kid Johansson was in Sophistry with Ethan Hawke and made her movie debut at Rob Reiner's North in 1994. Johansson later appeared on screen in Just Cause (1995) but her first breakthrough came with Manny & Lo (1996) an upcoming film that follows orphaned sisters who run away. The Horse Whisperer (1998) Johansson's role, which is a teenaged girl with facial disfigurement, received praise from reviewers. Then she was hailed as the cynical teenager Rebecca In Ghost World. Renee Felice Smith entered the world of entertainment as a child. She was drawn to acting as a young child. With the help from her parents, Smith got her first acting job when she was just six. She was in the Dannon yogurt commercial. As with the majority of actresses just getting started, to improve her abilities in the theatre. She took part in different projects throughout the USA in the midst of making her debut on stage.
